They will ask you to do overtime every day without any pay and no salary increment as well. The manager don’t care which profile you are hired for if the call centre team is not able to give number then you have to take call for the entire day (might be)

Internal politics is very high. Delhi's Business Head (A Lady), she is horrible. Highly insecure of her post and never let anyone to grow. Worst work culture. No job security and satisfaction. Anytime they may ask to leave. Specially the pregnant female employees. Which is very bad. Company with more than 70% staff is highly insensitive towards female employees in the time of medical condition.

AECC is one of the best companies to work in Chennai. They have a fantastic work culture, benefits and employee-first policies. The managers are friendly and approachable. It is an excellent workplace to start your career.

Worst company i have ever seen. I won’t suggest anyone to work with AECC. People are worst here from HR to Managers. They don’t have 1% of Professionalism. They don’t know how to talk with employee. They force people to resign without giving any reason and they fire people without giving any warning. Branch Manager and HR head of Gurgaon branch worst ever.

It’s a very good company for freshers. I joined as an intern and after that they have confirmed me as an full time employee, I have learned a lot and gained more knowledge and exp. from the managers that I worked with. Thanks AECC for guiding me in ma career and huge respect for trusting my skill set.
