Honestly none.. But as all over the world @ Corona days and after situation of the world economy.. Not my company everywhere job security is an question mark.. I got some dark days here to but it was nothing compared to our green days in AEC..

Training was bit necessary as a fresher, work environment was good, better scope for innovation and had a good work life balance. Managers are helpful and ready to answer you anytime.
