Very good thing about Arma is they will never let their employees down. Salary delays will be based on Dubai's economy. Work timing depends on site. Company accommodation and food is bit ok.You will be open to all learnings. You can shine based on your interest. Promotion and increments depends on your performance. Arma Elektropanc is a fast growing and is sure a wonderful company. I recommend for sure.

...here. I don't want to learn politics I am concentrating in our work by Honestly. I am satisfied with my salary because I am getting salary appraisals every year. The work environment is according to site urgent condition I have work in Arma in All condition even as a Engineer I have given lots of over time to my company.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
