Company accommodation and food is bit ok.You will be open to all learnings. You can shine based on your interest. Promotion and increments depends on your performance. I don’t like the management system of this company ( specially material is delayed on every project even salary is also delayed )

...here. I don't want to learn politics I am concentrating in our work by Honestly. I am satisfied with my salary because I am getting salary appraisals every year. The work environment is according to site urgent condition I have work in Arma in All condition even as a Engineer I have given lots of over time to my company.
