Working with kalis is good only thing I have enjoyed well in A2B

...k till 7 to 8pm forced to work. 5.In Sunday are forced to come by management. 6.if worked till 7 or 8pm no over time pay. 7.Accounts are not properly maintained so many internal issues for completely audit.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

We have given enough space to explore ourselves, through the tough times during COVID 19, the management stood with us . A huge salute to the management where none of the employees were deployed.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics which hinder us to work in a positive attitude as a safety officer.The team has to improve a lot as it’s a food business.

Dislikes

The two CEOs do not have any coordination among themselves. The company is soon going to perish due to the illiterate behaviour of one of the CEO, who is telling to be a retired US army personnel. You cannot believe a CEO uses absurd languages in each and every sentence that he speaks.
