Very boring job you have to sit in a chair and search websites everyday. Same job every day ... No work satisfaction Office opens at 10 am you have to come before 11:00 am if you come late for more than 15 minutes they will deduct half day salary. Although job ending time is 8:00 Pm but the managers will make assure that you don't leave office before 10:00 PM..

Everything Basically everything. 1. There are no HR policies. 2. Even though they do not provide single paid leave on probation period, not any family emergency. And the probation period totally depends on the CEO. AS LONG AS THEY CAN carry the probation period because if you leave one day on an emergency they simply cut the salary. 3. Also, there don't have in-house account department. After attempting 5 times to verify the ACCOUNT NO and PAN to PF ACCOUNT, They didn't do any action. 4. Also, Add one point If I enter the office at 11.15 instead of 11 they directly count as half a day, how many hours do I work on this day simply cut Half my salary. This is the HR policy.

Good place to work to grow personally, if you can suit here, you will be able to suit anywhere. Target bases job which is basically online sales kind of thing. Good place for personal growth.

No work life balance.
