I don't like anything about this company. Everything is terrible, it has ruined my days and my nights and now I suffer from depression. I am also not alone, many people are facing this.

...operation between departments 5. Un-supportive colleagues 6. Unsafe location 7. Attendance and salary issues (HR is horrible) 8. Immense pressure with negligible compensation.

Nothing to like in Advy chemicals. Please don't join this organization even if you will pay high and don't spoil your career by joining this hell

Toxic working environment..QC department is the worst department to work in this organization. Managers are of zero leadership quality who supports favourism. Total biased nature with the teammates..Lack of management and mannerisms.Managers in QC are not eligble enough to handle the department..All from the management supports this kind of behavior of managers..no trainings are provided..specially in QC department you are not being allowed to participate in any other activities organized by the company. Work pressure is high and made to work like donkey from 9-6. Though Saturday is week off but you are supposed to come on the Saturday compulsorily. Personal comments are passed by managers.All the changes and rules/benefits by the company are hide by the mangers and not communicated to the departments

Poor infrastructure and non graduate and high qualified people get same salary sometimes non qualified person get more salary than qualified people because of there relatives in higher position
