The people who needs help you provide them the help with your knowledge and with laws. Very time you learn new things, even you have 1% of success we fight till the last. We are like a warrior we see and we hear the black side of the society and we fight for the rights and wrong.

Dislikes

It's not a one day success, time and patience required to grown and to create the value and name.

Zero percent job security in practice as lawyer, during the Covid19 lock down 70 advocates return back from Chandigarh to their home town, and after lock down 50 move to other field for getting job for their lively hood and secure to life

Dislikes

As par my opinion no one can help the advocates, state government, center government, state bar counsel, bar counsel of India, bar association, etc

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
