It was an interesting journey and I got to learn something new that may or may not add to my career growth.

Dislikes

.... You feel cheated because you didn't signup for it when you joined the company. Other reviews mention that the pandemic did not have salary cuts and firings. Even if its true their clientele have only increased during the pandemic as businesses were forced online. But even after making more profits during the pandemic on the backs of these overworked employees the salary raises were rejected and employees unacknowledged. Workplace is not inclusive.

...s an intern also. U will not get anything to learn. It's my personal experience. And the most of all is salary issue. It is worst of all, they will make you helpless.

Poor management, no job security, less pay - terrible work load. 24/7 work, rude management, politics in office, salary never on time even though they say to give on 15th they give it by 19th or 20th

The only thing I liked about working at Advids was the job responsibility and supportive team members. Apart from that there are no employee benefits, the work culture sucks because they follow a hire and fire police set by Avilash and Alok, who have been shamelessly unjust to employees since the company was built.

...ment. The HR department is extremely inefficient and does not respond to emails. There are so many people who are still struggling to get their hard earned salary for years now. They are currently replacing full time employees with interns to get the same work done for less money since they are in shreds monetarily. Karma! The company might shut down in a few years. If you are looking for long term growth or otherwise, Advids is not worth wasting your time and effort.
