It was an interesting journey and I got to learn something new that may or may not add to my career growth.

Dislikes

A very hard pace to stay motivated with. There just a blame game within themselves and no clear solution. Work culture is inhumane. Job will be full of frustrations of never being acknowledged for the work done either financially or verbally. I got the feeling that the topmost management in the company least care about the work conditions of their employees that they want a better performance from. It feels like they assume that all their employees are just lazy instead understanding any issues they might face in the work culture. That eventually reflects on middle and top management in the company. It is definitely evident and proven through world wide research that exhausted employees with a toxic work culture will definitely perform poorly and that's what happens here but no one acknowledges. The Human Resources team notices employee harassments and inhumane working conditions and is a silent spectator to it. With a breadcrumb worth salary and a long exhaustive work culture has definitely affected my mental health negatively. It took me both time and money to recover from the burn out that I experienced due to this workplace. With the 12-15 hours of working 6 days a week, the vacation time allotted is a joke. Time is not flexible. Its just something they say before you join. They say that work days are 9 hours but they really want you to be doing their work for 12-15 hrs. You feel cheated because you didn't signup for it when you joined the company. Other reviews mention that the pandemic did not have salary cuts and firings. Even if its true their clientele have only increased during the pandemic as businesses were forced online. But even after making more profits during the pandemic on the backs of these overworked employees the salary raises were rejected and employees unacknowledged. The only thing I liked about working at Advids was the job responsibility and supportive team members. Apart from that there are no employee benefits, the work culture sucks because they follow a hire and fire police set by Avilash and Alok, who have been shamelessly unjust to employees since the company was built.

To anyone who has received an employment offer from Advids and has come here to check reviews. Please do not make the mistake of joining, the company is doing very bad at the moment. There was never any job security, they've been terminating people without notice and refuse to pay the full and final settlement. The HR department is extremely inefficient and does not respond to emails. There are so many people who are still struggling to get their hard earned salary for years now. They are currently replacing full time employees with interns to get the same work done for less money since they are in shreds monetarily. Karma! The company might shut down in a few years. The teams that I collaborated with were great. The ADs, MDs and the Senior AD and MDs were cool. They were always up to try something new and were very accomodating!

Dislikes

The company is currently declining, so there is no job security AT ALL. Some people from the initial team were extremely toxic and always wanted to know what ypur peronal problems were!

I'm fortunate that I was in the HR department of this company and had a great Team Leader, Vidhi Ma'am, who guided me throughout my tenure.

Dislikes

In this company, they do not release their ex-employees/ Intern stipend or salary after completion of their tenure also they terminate anyone without any prior notice. They do not increase their salary even after the completion of their probation period. make them work as an intern even after 6 months.
