The only thing I liked about working at Advids was the job responsibility and supportive team members. Apart from that there are no employee benefits, the work culture sucks because they follow a hire and fire police set by Avilash and Alok, who have been shamelessly unjust to employees since the company was built.

Dislikes

...ment. The HR department is extremely inefficient and does not respond to emails. There are so many people who are still struggling to get their hard earned salary for years now. They are currently replacing full time employees with interns to get the same work done for less money since they are in shreds monetarily. Karma! The company might shut down in a few years. If you are looking for long term growth or otherwise, Advids is not worth wasting your time and effort.

...se a lot of work is allotted, more than what is possible to complete in a day. Forget extra pay for overtime, getting your salary is a huge headache here. The salary for current month is handed to you by 15-20th of next month.

Dislikes

It has been almost 6 months since I left the company and they have still not paid me my salary for last 1.2 months I worked there. They first kept making false promises that it will come next month and so on until they finally said it will be dispersed on March 31st. However almost a month has passed since that date and I have still not received my hard-work earned salary. They have stopped replying to emails and people in HR department are not picking calls. This is not only the case with me but many other people who left the company and never got their salaries. No job security here, they are highly unprofessional, I recommend to not join here at all. They are running a scam, alluring people in with the work from home option and then either firing them after a few months or allotting so much work that people leave by themselves. Then they don't pay you the money that they owe you. When you call them for your money they put your number in block list and never reply to your mails either.

There is nothing to like here........you just have to work and work, regardless the time. If you like working for 14 to 15 hour with pennies in your bank than this is the right place.

Dislikes

1) No Transperance 2) Less Salary for the hours you give them. 3) Minimum 12 to 14 hours of work 4) Delayed Salary. 5) zero work life balance. and so on.

I'm fortunate that I was in the HR department of this company and had a great Team Leader, Vidhi Ma'am, who guided me throughout my tenure.

Dislikes

In this company, they do not release their ex-employees/ Intern stipend or salary after completion of their tenure also they terminate anyone without any prior notice. They do not increase their salary even after the completion of their probation period. make them work as an intern even after 6 months.

No work life balance, employes have to work 12 hours a day till late night most of the days, time given for animation is very less, salary is credited after 15th of month, Hr department is totally shit, they dont reply to the queries of employees properly, politics is there in the team, resigning process is worst, they dont pay their employess their fnf which includes their last month salary and dont even bother to respond of my employess asking for their fnf
