Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

teammates were good, learning environment was nil. innovation nil.

Dislikes

office timings. it was till 6:20 pm. flexibility was only above GM level. Higher positions are taking more than double salary but no results. Cafeteria was missing. Work from home is missing. Free food is missing. Team outing is lacking.

There is unnecessary pressure and unnecessary pressure is created when it is not the season, whereas during the season there are more sales, then nothing is said that you sold more than the target.
