The above like comes with a cost of toxicity in culture, unachievable expectations, over burdening with work & zero job security. You may get screamed every day at the work & be a target specially if you are working from home on a specific day by the senior management. Startups are supposed to be flexible in nature so that you can work focused but sadly it is not the case here even though it is claimed. No intervention from HR as well on the above issues. Although it is a 5 day work, Saturday's are usually working & you'll be intervened by the managers.

Role: Machine Learning Engineer Experience: The role required extensive Python skills, but the expectations were unrealistic. I was expected to understand 8000 lines of legacy code in 4 days with minimal guidance. Work Culture: Reverse KT felt more like an interrogation than a learning process. There was clear favoritism, and freshers acted unprofessionally, often prioritizing their peers or showing partiality. Work-Life Balance: The company lacks proper work-life balance, expecting a 2.5-year-experienced individual to perform at a 6-year level without appropriate support. Facilities: No parking facility or canteen adds to the daily struggles. Overall: The company culture is highly political, with undue favoritism for certain groups.

The leadership team is supportive and encourages employees to share their ideas, which has led to meaningful improvements in our processes.

AdvaRisk knows how to keep things lively! Fun Fridays are the highlight of the week, bringing everyone together for some fun activities. The positive atmosphere makes every day enjoyable. I appreciate how everyone works hard but also knows to have a good time!

Employees and managers have no ego all of them are ready to help and coordinate while working together in a project, so it is a good set up for new joinees.
