Working with advanta seeds is like we are with our family so when we are with our family definitely there are some disturbances for small things without crct reason. Same repeats here but this is the best place to learn new skills and to build bond mostly this company is gud bt some people they were everywhere anyway just avoid them and go on with your properly then everything is good but we can't expect appraisals here bt learning is there

Company politics is every where if we get good manager it is good for our future Salary increment and basic salary for msc students is not fit for their studies

There is no job security, working culture is good, management is poor, company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is no job security even in adverse condition like covid-19. I resigned from my position because my boss told me that we will not continue in this setuation
