Works like government job. hassle free work culture. least bothered. you will enter in to spiritual world. fresher who want to join just for earning can join blindly. you might earn like anything. you will be allowed to watch movies and web series during work hours.

Hiring promises and reality. The hiring process turned out to be different at the time of hiring. Boss dont have any business acumen's . despite of spending one year there was no incremental growth, no recognition on hard work and no opportunities on skill development. In this organization the day I joined almost 3 HR changed there job due to boss behaviour. Unnecessary hiring and firing them disrupts the office work culture. Think 10 times before you join this company other wise you ruin your career here fore sure.

They are always willing to guide and help which creates an excellent learning experience and allow us to explore new opportunity for growth, company also offers flexible work timings which helps to maintain good work-life balance. Work environment is calm and peaceful making it easy to stay focused and productive, there is no work place politics, or unnecessary pressure allowing employees to work stress-free. Overall, its a good workplace for anyone looking for positive and enriching work experience
