1. Worst work-life balance and no job appreciation 2. Very less pay for the amount of work they get done from you 3. No proper scrutiny or mentorship for fresh graduates 4. The superiors don't know how to run an organization efficiently 5. No optimism or motivation towards work by the team

Freshers get to learn a lot regarding the Automotive Benchmarking domain, Manufacturing Processes and knowledge on different types of vehicles.

Dislikes

No job security, least work-life balance. The work culture has to be improved like corporates. Strict working hours and no flexibility. No facilities for food when working late. The management decides the project deadlines blindly without accounting some practical factors with respect to absence of employees, etc.

Likes

It was good to work in advance structure India and i like it very much my senior treat me very good and explain whenever i face any problem during the work. I liked to work in company again if possible

Dislikes

Everything was good but what i not like is that our internship program was just for 2 month i want to work more.

This company works in many areas on vehicle like testing, Tear down analysis and analysis on design.

Dislikes

They took freshers as interns but never expect employment they will keep on extending internship but they never talk as employee.
