Everything, the worst thing is your work whole month and don't pay, when they want to leave this organisation, no final settlements even after providing all noc. They can put your salery expenses on hold whenever they want. Poli

...loyee potential to grow & then kickoff the employee, even at the time of full & final they not give your bonus part which is initially part of CTC .

No job security, No any medical support to employee, no proper increment. even when employee left they cut bonus part form FF hopeless management.
