... environment and culture. Everyone are supportivr and management is transparent. Company police is better, appraisals are fair and thet give good salary and bonus every year

Working environment, lot to learn and would get chance, HR support in all aspect, very polite and caring HR. Only facility wise not good, training for stress relief and management to all employees. Very cool and happy environment.

Facility, no canteen, no transport and no insurance, no good infrastructure.

The deadlines were realistic. Therewas no work stress as such. And since it was a research lab work, there was no worry of "carrying your work at home"

Dislikes

Freedom of research was limited, company has conservative views and expects employees to comply to them. Work was not very challenging
