...ty, engineering managers are idiots who wont be able to do a simple subtraction. They deduct from your salary "Ex-Gratia" which they give at the end of year as diwali bonus, which they are holding for last 2 years after I resigned. The salary is too less.

Typical Indian company. Join it only when you don't have any other option. They will not fire you , that's it.

... culture. No one listens to anything. No growth. Management gives fake hope. Mtech degree and bba degree people work on same salary.. very poor hike. Overall , only join when you don't have any other option and be prepared to face wierd culture.

Company culture is very toxic & very negative environment.Policies are only in the favour of company.After resign management behaviour change and treat employee as nothing.Hold Employees full and final amount along with experience letters.

1. Good for learner. U will learn a lot if u at interested. 2. Can give u a good start n profile switch from one department to other. 3. Work load is very person to person. If interested u can learn a lot on your self.

1. Managers treat their junior very stupidly. 2. No proper work devision. 3. In sort please join if u have no other good option in MNC. Or u want to pass ur time in learning nothing.
