I have learnt many things in this company. Behaviour of higher authority is very nice. I am getting lots of opportunities to learn and improve my technical ideas and skill. Employee are very much cooperative and helpful.

Salary structure and facilities are not so good.

...gement is not transparentthere is a no cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are not good, appraisals are fair and they give very bad salary hike . A very small amount of bonous are here.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrier growth is slow. There is no bond here. You are resign anytime. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Thank you.

Management is owned by 3 owners. One owner see the activities of plant as Plant Head only. Hence there is no reason for post of plant head. But for Organisation structure purpose required.

I learnt from my boss very valuable things who is always enthusiastic. True be frank for a beginner to know how world is you can work over here.

Middle level management should improve. And they should not utilize us for personal works.......
