There is nothing for like , company director says his company is so local .there is nothing for learnt new things also nepotism so much , No values of their employees. Complaining about fund insufficient. No salary on time

Dislikes

Bad environment , smoke drink infront of employees specially infront of females. Staff is uneducated not so much knowledge behaviour of staff is not good it's only on starting time good otherwise politics play well and not any career growth , directors have no difference between labours and employees there is no value of educated employees. Every month remember to director transfer the salary during in my job whole experience , no proper management only name wise position fixed but every person do the every person's profile work that's why there is no value of any employee work and respect. Totally waste of my time and talent there . I seriously done my last mistake to do work for them.
