No body like, work of tooling team. So you have to b smart at a time of appraisal. You have to fight yourself to get high hike with your work record. Only u have make ur work data with validation, then u will get hike more, does not matter, ur manager like u Or not. Only prove urself in respect of MD and Plant head and mechanical head, who r in Singapore area.

...ot supportive and welcoming for their own department. Hierarchy is not followed. Salary is always credited late. All managers are either micro managers or are trained to do micromanaging. Overall Bad & Sad experience.

This is my first job in APDS(Mumbai) and I was selected in the 'GET' program under the government program of training technocrats. In foreign it is known as the QCS group of companies Singapour. This company mainly in SMPS(switch mode power supply) manufacturing for many global companies like Intel, HP, Juniper, and Cisco for networking purposes. My experience with this company is quite good and it has a good enough environment for beginners to learn more about how the latest technology is being used and being carried out in a given time interval.

Dislikes

Don't expect a big or even average salary. When it comes to giving packages to engineers and managers, they are very conservative at this.

Pathetic management and organisation there is no job guarantee over here company MD taking review of employees from their favourite person he don't have even that much sens to whom listen. Management giving appraisal and promotion to there favourite employee l, no growth in this organisation no job guarantee Caroline gasper pathetic HR never think about workers and employees started their own rule trying to control whole staff

Workers are supportive, free accomodation provided by company @ powai area, transport facility in covid.

Dislikes

No personal life here, too much work pressure & 12 hrs duty every day & extra duty on Sunday, no job security here, good for freshers to learn & bad for experienced persons.. so think 10 times before join.
