I strongly suggest everyone in the Architecture department not to join this company, it will ruin your work life balance, top management is not professional, Salary is always late. Company culture is not good at all as far as design department is concerned.

AIPL doesn't pay Salaries when it's most important, does cheating with customers and fires employees. Doesn't meet sales commitment and blames employees. Customer Service Team has no power to resolve the matter. Employees leave on frustration.

Negative environment, Customer disputes, fraudulent activity with customers, legal Battles, Delayed payment Salary and incentives, high employee churn. Overall a bad organization to work. You get frustrated when you come to know that the builder is not meeting sales commitment and cheating investors. They don't allow visitors to visit office and detain at the main entrance gate. Disappointing Experience - Avoid if You Value Professionalism & self respect If you're considering joining this company, think twice, especially if you're coming from a decent or reputed organization. The environment here is toxic and demoralizing, driven by a close circle of individuals who influence the MD and directors. Unfortunately, this inner circle is not only incompetent but also plagued with corruption. They're more focused on making noise and maintaining their grip on power than on fostering a healthy work culture. From day one, new employees are harassed and insulted in various ways, with no respect for their experience or potential contributions. The company operates on perception rather than merit, and if you're seen as a threat to the established order, expect to be sidelined. There is no freedom to do meaningful work here—everything is about buttering up to those in power and putting on a show. Genuine effort and innovation are stifled to protect the egos and failures of those at the top. This is not a place where you can grow or thrive; it's a place where you'll regret every day you spend.
