There is no new skill growth for us. we are doing same type of work only.

I really like here increament policies. This comapany gives very fast inceaments. Every six month increase your salary. As per your performance it also gives you increament in a 4 or months.

Dislikes

No one intrecting with each other. Its a not good our health and mind.

Likes

1 - Takes care of persons mental health and provides proper resources for all staff. 2 - Arrange team building activities. 3 - Appraisals in every 6 month if you are excellent in work. Sometimes even in 4 months. 4 - Provides work from home facilities in emergency cases. 5 - Working under great bosses & with amazing team makes the best work environment.

Dislikes

1 - Only limited knowledge gained as you have to work in one specific department. 2 - No gym, yoga & stress buster facilities. 3 - Less interaction with other department members.

Likes

I'm working here since 3.5 years and I like the environment and work culture of my company. Also i like one more thing about this company that is time/Working flexibility with 5 working days with 2 Saturady in a month. This company give good appraisals after every 6 months. Also this company give more benifits like Health Insurance & Life Insurance to every employees who complete their 3 years in company.

Afterall there is nothing to dislike this company. This company always with their employees and think about for providing best working environment to their enployees.

I like people here and the way employees are treated there is not much pressure of work i also like the flexible timing the offer the activities offered here and benefits like PF, ESI etc i like the overall culture here

Dislikes

I sometimes feel treated partially and the office politics here is not a good thing, also sometimes i notice that people here gets benefits not based on there work performance and rather on there relationship with their seniors which makes other employees believe that they are not being appreciated for their hardwork
