...ve to work for 10 to 12 hours without OT upto 6 months.Work culture is very bad. Salary is very low as per job role. You may have to agree with employment bond of 2 years. If anyone want to join this organization please research about what I have said.

You will be provided 3months of training. That period is good. Your job is very much secure here. 99% chance you will not be fired by company unless you made a massacre or huge blunder. Hell starts after 3months of training

Everything. Company employees, work culture, work life balance, growth, promotion, future everything is dull here. Company tell work time from 9am to 5:30pm. But actually it extends to 7pm+. Employees are very rude. No relaxation period at work time, just 30min of lunch. Seniors do not behave in right manners. And last but not the least, this work has 0 zero value in industry. No companies are there to switch in West Bengal. Do not waste your time here, unless you're trap in your career. There is future, cause your experience will have zero value in industry. Think before joining. Beware!

job quality is very good. very chalanging work of USA was done here so that you can feel proud to be an engineer. company has very strong economical backup support for any emergency situation like covid. I heard from my old colleagues , no one was fired from job between that period. also company give full salary in proper time in that period. this is so good.
