The management is very good and understand real meaning of real estate sales unlike other companies who treat real estate sales like insurance or retail sales. It's more of team work in sales which is it's USP. That teamwork ensures no clash or ego and the work gets done promptly. Bonus are given correctly .Travel allowance for the month is very helpful and food are provided on Sunday's.

The compensation or incentive conveyed at the time of joining is not given to you. Workers at Site and those at the head office have a lot of miscommunication.
