Likes

(1) No pros only bad politics and toxicity.

Dislikes

(1) Some senior drink at night and shout and harass you . I don't understand who has given them right to harass you . Some senior are really good but they are one of the worst senior and colleagues I have ever meet. (2) Toxic work culture. (3) Bad infrastructure. 4. Harassment is common in the workplace. (5) Employee relatives are given more preference. (6) Bad politics,No transparency shown while giving appraisal. Only bad politics and harassment ,toxicity is there for getting promotions and appraisal. (7) Working here is totally nightmare here. (8) Soft skills training must be provided so that harassment is reduced

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
