Having good opportunity for freshers to start their career. Some people were good but some were very unprofessional in leadership. Every occasion is celebrated hence this is good.

...rovide one CL every month. You will not able to use your CL when it is required. You will get less salary then market average most probably. Your sacrifices are not appreciated. Small company hence affected by office politics.

If you practice dogma then you will become manager in 6 month with low salary & working hour 10.

...y. It is a factory .Here work labor because they give amount only working days . Company don't provide salary after resignation and not give appraisal. He did not give salary to 27 employee. Cheap company owner.

There is no management in the company, they want you to work like beggars. Politics in the company. They use unprofessional language to their female employees, they don't even care for you. They will judge you on the basis of your personal life. I suggest all of you to not to join this toxic workplace because your mental health will suffer.

I joined this company 2 Years back and the working timings, Culture, Environment and my colleagues even Management is very supportive I can keep my pointers and suggestions in front of them without any doubt

There is no healthy environment, if you are going to be a part of this make sure leave your comfort and become 8 hour machine. There is no job security, smooching the back your senior to stay in this company.
