The main advantage is that CEO Ramkumar is very talented and skilled, and the team has a great manager, Jagan, and supportive teammates

If freshers join this company, within a year, they might experience significant dissatisfaction and mental distress. I am struggling to understand why clients are assigning projects to this company, as it seems to be poorly managed. It feels like both the company and its clients are failing to meet basic professional standards. The HR is a dubakoor person and is not good for the company. Please fire the HR. If the management does this, the company will grow like an MNC. If not, the company might end up begging at a temple entrance.
