Unprofessional and untrustworthy management. Excessive praise during employment only to be terminated without a valid reason. They promise a family like culture, but it is just a facade. No visa, no insurance. They will give many promises to make you join, like will give you US visa after completing 2 years, but nothing in practice. Many employees join and leave within one month due to unfulfilled promises. Loyal employees are terminated without valid reasons. Beware of their false assurances and high turnover rate. Unhealthy work environment, excessive micromanagement, constant disturbances from the PM and lack of trust in employee’s abilities.
