... loyal employees. They don't even know how a HR has to be treated and respected. When it comes to work, they want to pay peanuts but require skilled people. A candidate with good skills and knowledge cannot work and won't prefer working with Adroit. Mostly, Freshers who want to add an experience for 1 year will join here. There is no scope for learning in Adroit especially they know nothing about HR position and they treat HR like a Receptionist or less and clearly mentions that HR person is least priority for them. Candidates who do not possess right knowledge in their respective stream and who just need a job will work here (No prior knowledge, Poor communication skills, being economically unstable makes people to compromise for everything).

...phic Designing on whom lots of complaints were raised throughout his experience. The director just want to run the company with no loss, with low budget salaries and pressures the employees a lot even after paying peanuts. They never pay the salaries in-time. Poor culture. Unhygenic work conditions (can't explain those silly things here). Seriously not good especially for females. Not at all any professional standards are followed in Adroit including Director. No transparency. No genuine services are provided by them. They wont answer the customer's calls and says as wrong number. That's why clients won't pay them in time for their work. They wont even try to understand employee's concerns while paying salaries also (hostel fees, household expenses etc). I had never come across such a Negative and fraudulent minds. While joining and during interview Director faked a lot regarding Adroit services and clients which made me to join there. No proper instructions were given by seniors to any department employee but simply throws words when it comes to result. Very unprofessional behaviors including Director. They never appreciate good work. They always discourage and very rude to HR also. HR is the key part of any organization but they don't know the value of HR and nobody never respects the HR position and person. Please don't waste your precious time by joining this cheap company. Don't put yourself in risk in anyway. Instead, learn some courses in the mean time to get good opportunity or enjoy the life in worst case but do not join such fake companies. Its my humble suggestion to all the job aspirants. Good Luck!!
