Post-acquisition, it seems like no one knows what is happening. Everyone is just trying to save their job. HR department is unable to help in any way as your growth, apraisal and everything else is in the hands of the manager. Growth opportunities are low now. Managers are biased and due to lack of opportunities, they are only favoring their favourite ones and passing the very few opportunities to them only.

Nothing as such anymore. Used to be a good place to work at in 2021 and 2022. Since mid 2023 it has become a hell to work at.

So to sum it up, everything we do as an engineer is to follow up the on the product manager(s) led by moody decisions by head of product, and complete task at an EXTREMELY fast pace. It does NOT matter if you are working all day long and on weekends. You need to deliver the task (it might happen that they assign you at an uncertain time and claiming it to be top priority and delivery within the same day). No planning at all! No work life balance here. The team leads have got favoritisms. They can make mistakes, but you cannot. The engineering director here is hardly an example to follow on. It was said to come to office on Fridays and the fun fact is team leads and the director might take WFH and it wouldn't matter but you cannot. Most of the times. Acquisition by Geenie was a turning point in my opinion. It used to be a good organization before. Have been here for the last 2 years. Suggestions: Better work life balance to be given Better quality of life Strucuted plannings and deployment (not like sudden mood swings by product managers) Allow freedom for software engineers to work on their tasks

I've been working with AdPushup for the past few months and the journey has been really great so far. The work environment is amazing, the people are very supportive and open to new idea and willingness to make it happen has led to some really impressive results for our customers. Overall, I'm really happy to work at AdPushup a great company with a bright future.

Working at Adpushup is unlike any other corporate office. The flexibility in working hours, supportive and understanding managers, growth avenues, facilities provided, and more make it a comfortable place to work in.

I haven't encountered any significant challenges in my experience at AdPushUp so far.
