Adp is just like a school Nobody has professionalism. Manager's act like teachers Too much work with very less salary and when we ask for hike they give us in peanuts. I prefer not to work there.

Good technical exposure. Ok salary.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Too much work pressure. Managers without people management and development expertise . No technical trainings. No healthy work environment. Perception based appraisals.

...ervices process, they don't allow people to grow and filled with toxic politics. *They suck your blood with work but pay you peanuts. *They don't have transperancy and whatever you hear about them on social media is just a hype but the reality is something different. *You have long timers alone in this company as fresh talent or external talent is not given an opportunity to innovate or implement theirs ideas. *They don't value talent when you're in the company and even after leaving, when you come back and apply. Such is the place, stay away.

Toxic management is supported, poor cafeteria food & hygiene, no promotions for hard working people (only bootlickers), bad pay hikes to good people, too much internal politics and learning opportunities are less in some teams who deny change of verticals. You will be asked to work OT without the payment and even on weekends
