Management making the organization as worst in India. All old heads in hierarchy. Uses old methodology. Heavy Internal Politics. Less pay, Manager eats of the amount that is left on an associate. No proper hikes. No shift allowance. Sr. Managers are the worst of the worst. There brain does not brain. They only use their subordinates to get suggestions. Even if we raise a dispute with Managers to HR. They still support Management through all sorts of possible ways. Transport is one of the flop. First of all infrastructure is the worst selection. They cant even fix lift issues. Its only for name same a beast ADP.

...n’t relieve you early/ no buyback of notice period even if there isn’t any work. Suckers No skill development No promotions/ salary hike

Company culturea and you'll be able to balance work and also your family. Cab facility for night shifts and b shifts

... to the fav ones even though they do escalations. There is no scope of learning. Less salary, no progress. I see language barrier in some teams as well.

They have shuttle facilities till the metro/ local stations.

... also had to move to multiple companies to compensate the loss in the growth. Also they have variable pay concept right from the lowest grade. Which is again based on your performance and company performance. Again things didn't work for me in a particular team. Others could be having a great experience. To add to this the transport system is so bad and expensive. You have to book the roaster week advance and if you forget to, you will not have cab the whole week. And then if you miss the drivers call in the morning they will not come to pick you up and say that they came but you were not there.

Job Security, Company Policies, Good Salary but company try put all same level employee at same salary irrespective of your skills.

No much opportunities, Less Career Growth, Less in hand salary, Low night shift allowance
