Very successful business model. Pay master. Employee centric policies. Good work-life balance. Benefits like cab, comp food, flexi insurance.

Dislikes

Mainly controlled from Hyderabad management. So no growth opportunities in other locations like Pune, Chennai. All opportunities like promotions, new projects etc are passed on to Hyd associates. Others are given second citizen treatment. Most of the products are from acquired companies and use old technologies. Tech stack is very old and no/less work on cutting edge technologies.

Adp is just like a school Nobody has professionalism. Manager's act like teachers Too much work with very less salary and when we ask for hike they give us in peanuts. I prefer not to work there.

...re not at par with company standards. There is no comp structure based on level. Manager gets less salary then his/her reportee.

No work life balance. Too much work pressure. Managers without people management and development expertise . No technical trainings. No healthy work environment. Perception based appraisals.

Either parents/In-laws are covered under policy with free of cost (Company paid) - Free health check up only for 35 age group and above. ...reimbursement is not digitized. You have to courier all your original documents. - Variable pay is not even paid 50% as shown in offer - Hikes are less than 2% sometimes no hikes - During go-lives you have to extend and support 15 to 16 hours - Worst Casual leaves. You will be entitled with 12 CL's and can be used continuously for 2 days and not more than that. If falls on Monday/Friday then only one day
