The Work is pretty good and adequate trainings are provided in regards to process and The there is alott to learn regards to process.

The worst part is Salary, team support, work life balance and many moree They mention one amount as in salary but don’t even give your montjly salary breakdown and They deduct a hige amount as Variable pay which is included in Net pay along with Pf deductions which is Employee and Employer both here the no.01 worst part is Pay the most pathetic rules they have and they don’t deduct pf from Gross pay they deduct the PF from Net pay

I thought it was good but after my incident its very bad at POSH team

POSH team supports indirectly and Directors management HR also supports the culprits if they are good for there work business. They don't properly investigate it. Am one of them they terminated me because they need to take action taking Higher officials like director vice president, Managers,Architects. They harassed me but that person indirectly complain on me .

Company is good, but again it depends on your process, which I fees it's terrible👎 personally. So be cautious wth your team.

No job security, frequently team changes, and team force to come office on all d day, as we have only 3 days to go to office. No proper hike, only good book people use to get hike
