Few senior member were very supportive and helpful. Great opportunities to learn something new.

Dislikes

Mentorship was horrible. No promotion at all. Who buttered a certain senior member got the promotion. There was no perfect working time. The workload was so much in consideration of being this an UNPAID internship.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
