No job security what so ever. Very bad culture. where HR not exist. After resigning of hr now a dtp person handling hr department.

Dislikes

Company is financially very poor. They have multiple owner and they all living a luxurious life wich is over their expectations.

Likes

The work environment is friendly and easy going. The highest authority is easily accessible and listens reasonably to problems. Work-life balance can be maintained reasonably well and provides tension free environment.

Dislikes

Training is inadequate and product range is limited, making it difficult to get opportunities in high end jobs. Slows down career growth due to limited product bouquet.

It provides good work environment. I worked in this company about 5 months or so, I felt this job was not for me after 5 months thats why i left the job.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. No training given to us.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
