...ion and management. Not only my job was secured but I got my salary before time. The £500 bonus was the icing on the cake. They took care of all the requirements of all the employees and supported us in every possible way during these hard times. Managers and people from PS kept calling us to know about the well being. No company can take care of their employees better than this.

...lue employees. This British company treats it's Indian employees as their slave. When you spent certain time with them, they will decrease your salary providing some silly reasons and will put you in a situation to compromise with it or leave the Job. Their planning was to fire almost 50-60% Indian employees (applying automation for the tasks). But corona pandemic spoilt their plans and they were forced to give some extra money to Indian employees as UK staff was unable to work. As soon as Corona pandemic situation will be over they will again come up with automation Idea and people will loose their Job. Management is quite flattering to UK staff. EUI India management team can do anything worst to please their UK Bosses. In my 11 years BPO career I never seen such Worst Place to Work. In 3 years time (Aug 2017- Feb 2020) my salary got reduced twice. Manager had no shame to hide the email about salary structure and benefits.

Management is Liar. They don't value employees. They do mental harrassment to their employees and later provide councelling.

...s who joined admiral in 2013 still there probation is not cleared till dec 2024. So whenever join this company make sure don't get in honey coated benefits of the company when they say you will get ceb of 10k and salary will be increment happens twice a year that's totally a lie.. they can change the probation criteria any time . So if you are getting hired on lesser salary with perks and benifits make sure it will get removed after 3-4 months later

Dislikes

Management treats you very well at starting of 1-2 months after that holds your salary at any time even if you have provided medical docs to them. They always says with the surveys its great place to work but the policies they have are pathetic . Admiral solution also holded the salary of pregnant lady which was unexpected and shocking for me when I came to know about it. They have multiple policies and benifits but make sure you should never be unfit or any medical reasons should impact your work or else your salary is going to be on hold

...t. They don’t consider employee’s health or any personal reason which is severe. They don’t give salary as well which they talked about. Worst worst worst company.

There salary package was amazing but for some or the other they trained us on a new product which is completely alright but then they Stopped the OT of the team for the reason that the team will get red audits as it's been trained on a product:- my simple one question WHY ?? WHY MY SALARY SHOULD GET AFFECTED

Manager's don't help tbh OT stability is not there If login hrs is even just 1hr short the company marks the day as unplanned
