...se of the owner both husband wife are prove every employee and create big issue. Every month hold salary of all employee many many time paid and many many time not paid very cheap thinking of the owners.

Owner of this organization very cheap person they hire person on high salary then after 1 or 2 month create issue and create situation to reduce salary 50%.

Culture and thinking of Owners is world class. They giving MNC culture and Hr policy apart they are still startup. It was a my longest working experience with any company and will wait this company to grow so that I can rejoin in near future also

I am working here from last 2 years, company working culture & atmosphere is very positive, the management of the company is always ready to support & gives you free hand for work & explore yourself

I worked for 3 years and I think Owners are best bosses on can have who care to give secure and progressive environment to all employees. LOVE THIS COMPANY but due to my maternity urgency need to leave.

Not as such just as it is Growing company so need to work smarter and they give lots of training for professional growth by outside faculty.

We have been to best company of our life. We donot know why earlier comments are so bad but we have been working here and HR policy are so good and Employee friendly. Moreover, freedom to work culture is best in class like any MNC
