Good working environment and culture Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

There is no hike in the salary and job security also.

The Company is open to innovation and readily latest technology.Another good point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Only I have to work 14-18hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Its Use Pressure On Me.But i am trying to reach my goal and trying for another job also. Also there is no on job trainning for freshers which is pain some times.
