...5 gadhe jo company chala rahe hain, unko self-respect ki spelling bhi nahi aati! Let’s talk about salary hikes (or the lack of them): After 6 months, they say "hike is after 1 year." After 1 year, they say "first, handle a senior-level project (7-8 years experience level)." Even if you somehow survive and deliver results, they stop replying to your mails when you ask for a hike. The so-called 'Global HR' vanishes into thin air like a magician. What a joke! 😂 Even people who have been working here for 2 years haven’t gotten a hike! Now, let’s expose some lies: ❌ "They don’t keep people on the bench" — Bro, people are sitting idle for 2-3 months here, I’ve seen it myself! ❌ "Flexible timings" — What a joke! They use HRONe portal, where if you work even 1 minute less than 9.5 hours, you are marked absent. Is that what you call flexible? ❌ "Saturday is off" — LOL, Saturday is a working day, and they act like it’s some big secret. Bas karo yaar ye jhooth! If you really care about freshers, warn them instead of writing these fake reviews. STOP LYING TO PEOPLE!

...yed here for just a month and got terminated suddenly without giving any reason. There is no job security at all and they can cut your salary anytime. They force employees to work till late nights and have no idea about work life balance. Sometime they can make you work for more than 10 hours. The work culture is terrible and they micro monitor you for every small things.If you care about your career and mental health, stay away from this place. You are better off unemployed than joining here

...on’t go! Everyone here is so fool, like seriously, sab bewakoof bhare pade hain. Some people have been working here for 2-3 years and are still getting only 10-15K salary—matlab seriously?? And the worst part? They don’t even have their offer letters! What kind of company doesn’t even give proper documentation? Then there are freshers who were hired last year, and their salary is just 3.36-3.5-3.6 LPA, bas aur kuch nahi. No one gets more than this because Adixoo ka itna hi budget hai! What a joke! And let’s talk about the HR—so bad, so unprofessional. She doesn’t even know basic English. After she sends a mail, you literally have to run to her to explain ki usne likha kya hai, otherwise, she will misunderstand everything. Matlab HR ka kaam samajhna aur samjhana hota hai, aur yahan ulta ho raha hai! And the funniest part? The founder of this company tells HR what to do, whom to send emails to, what to write in them—matlab HR ka khud ka koi dimag hi nahi hai! What kind of a company runs like this? Is this a business or a circus? If you’re reading this, bhai, behen, please save yourself! Even in majboori, don’t join this place!

This company is a nightmare of work for.everything they promise from salary increase is a lie. Management is completely disorganized and communication is nonexistent. Office politics are rampant , witg the boss favorite making life miserable for every one else l. The company culture is toxic, and policies are utterly if you're considering working here, think again its a horrible environment

... Despite being a small organization, internal politics will make your life hell. Only work, no life, micro monitoring, unpredictable salary, and an expectation to work late nights without any regard for work-life balance. It was like they wanted to see how many hours they could squeeze out of us. If you're looking for career growth, mental peace, or even basic human decency— THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!. Save your mental health, skip this circus, and find a real job.
