...y reflect a troubling disregard for employee well-being and professional growth. The management's insistence on disregarding agreed-upon working hours, extending shifts well into the night without compensation or recognition, and penalizing minor lateness with severe consequences reveal a lack of respect for work-life balance. Furthermore, the company's reluctance to reward hard work with increments, appraisals, or bonuses, and their failure to provide essential documents like exit letters and PF statements, demonstrate a concerning disregard for employee rights and welfare. The company's preference for recruiting inexperienced candidates at lower salaries, while dismissing experienced employees to avoid incremental costs, illustrates a short-sighted approach to talent management that undermines career development and limits learning opportunities. Overall, these practices highlight a company culture that prioritizes cost-cutting over employee satisfaction, growth, and professional development. 4. **Diversity and Inclusion**: Diversity and inclusion seem to be challenges at this company. The practice of letting go of experienced employees without clear reasons and preferring less experienced candidates who accept lower salaries suggests a lack of commitment to diversity in skills and backgrounds. The company's failure to create an inclusive environment, where all employees feel valued regardless of their background or experience, shows a potential disregard for diversity and inclusion principles. A culture that prioritizes saving money over nurturing a diverse workforce harms employee morale and the company's ability to innovate and succeed. It's important to address these issues to create a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and has equal opportunities to grow and contribute. 5. **Senior Management**: The senior management at this company appears to have several concerning practices. They often extend working hours well into the night without proper compensation, and even a slight delay in arrival results in harsh penalties like deducting a full day's leave. Additionally, there's noticeable favoritism and politics at play, where initial promises of a reasonable work schedule are overridden by last-minute demands to stay late. Senior leaders seem disconnected from the day-to-day realities of their employees, making promises of early exits in the evening only to have managers pressure staff into staying several hours longer. This creates a work environment where hard work is undervalued, experienced employees are unfairly dismissed, and there's little opportunity for genuine career growth or skill development. 6. **Compensations and Benefits**: Compensations and benefits at this company are a major concern. Despite employees working late into the night, often without additional compensation, there is little acknowledgment or reward for their efforts. Even minor lateness can result in severe deductions from leave balances. Moreover, promises of appraisals, bonuses, and essential documents like exit letters and PF statements are frequently unfulfilled, leaving employees feeling undervalued and uncertain about their future. The company's preference for hiring inexperienced candidates at lower salaries, while dismissing experienced employees to cut costs, further undermines the compensation and benefits structure. This approach not only discourages loyalty and hard work but also hampers career growth and financial security for employees. Addressing these issues is crucial to creating a workplace where employees feel fairly compensated and valued for their contributions. 7. **Leave Policy**: Leave management at this company seems quite problematic. When employees ask for leave, they often face rejection outright. Even if their leave requests are reluctantly accepted, there's a tendency to terminate those employees shortly afterward. This inconsistent and harsh approach to leave policies creates fear among employees, making them hesitant to take necessary time off and affecting their overall well-being. It also shows a lack of consideration for employees' personal and health needs, putting company priorities ahead of employee welfare. Resolving these issues is crucial to creating a workplace where employees feel valued and supported, and where they can take leave without fear of negative consequences.

Good place to upgrade your knowledge and put it into practice.

...pensation or notice, their policies are designed to benefit only the management. Despite employees' continuous hard work, there are no pay raises or appreciation, instead, criticism is more common. If sent to a client location, employees often have to beg for reimbursement of their expenses. Requesting leave is met with difficulty. While managers can leave without notice, employees are required to find their own replacements. The stated work hours are 10:00 A.M to 7:00 P.M, but leaving the scheduled time is frowned upon and criticized publicly. Many employees got terminated for asking for leave on Saturdays. The person in the highest position often has less knowledge than the employees, they direct more experienced and knowledgeable staff on what to do. Once you resign from the company, they do not provide proper documentation, making it difficult for you to move to new opportunities. The office environment leaves much to be desired. It's not uncommon to find cockroaches in the coffee. Additionally, despite working late into the night employees cannot expect any meals to be provided. Overall, the company's treatment of employees and the work environment are deeply concerning and need significant improvements. I suggest you do not join and wait for the next opportunities.

Good place to gain knowledge.

The work environment is extremely unhealthy, characterized by a culture of fear and distrust. There is a severe lack of transparency and communication from the management. The level of office politics is alarmingly high. Favoritism and nepotism are rampant, leading to a hostile and competitive atmosphere that undermines teamwork and collaboration. The toxic environment and backstabbing culture have a detrimental effect on employees' careers. Terminations and forced resignations are common , often for arbitrary or unjust reasons. Leadership is unapproachable and unsupportive. There is a significant disconnect between management and employees, with littile to no recognition of hard work and dedication. Promotions and opportunities for growth are not based on merit but rather on personal relationships and favoritism. this leads to a lack of motivation and low morale among employees. Overall,my experience at this company was overwhelmingly negative due to the toxic work environment and detrimental office politics. Significant changes are needed to create a healthy and productive workplace.

If there were an option to give less than one star, this company would undoubtedly earn it. My experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. The management is completely incompetent, showing a blatant disregard for employee well-being and professional development. Work-life balance is non-existent, with unrealistic expectations and constant pressure leading to burnout. Communication within the organization is abysmal. Important information is often withheld or communicated at the last minute, causing chaos and unnecessary stress. The lack of organization and clear direction is evident at every level, making it impossible to perform your job effectively. Furthermore, the company's policies and procedures are outdated and arbitrarily enforced. There's a pervasive culture of favoritism and nepotism, where hard work and talent go unrecognized, while those who curry favor with the higher-ups get ahead. The toxic work environment, combined with the lack of respect and appreciation for employees, makes this the worst company I have ever worked for. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. This company does not deserve even one star.
