...e care Directors do for their employees, they treat their employees like family. They care if the employee is satisfied with the work environment, the facilities they are providing, the salary, the infra, everything.

Dislikes

Sometimes they care more about the employees which led them become a little casual, but again when some body goes casual in approach, they try to teach and guide them back.

...manager are very influential in their work. Woking environment in very positive. Bonus given my hospital twice in a year. And many more facilities provided by the hospital to employee.....
