They treat patient very well but incase of staff they treat terrible specially Dr SNatarajan. I don't mind even if you reveal my name, I was former staff of Aditya Jyot foundation n I think been work fork almost 10 years was my lifetime mistake been ever happened.

They don't provide you any kind staff benefits though you work very hard n you have to beg for your salary, they are gaining benefits in the name of charity

No proper resource allocations, and no basic management knowledge among the employees. The Accounts Department head will be forced to handle marketing activities whereas the marketing employee will be forced to keep a check on HR & Admin-related activities. The work system is totally bizarre.

Worst boss (Dr.Natarajan) I have ever seen He abuses his staff in front of his patients and blames every wrong on his staffs Job security - if all the orders(to be presized wrong orders ) u r fired the same day and not allowed in the premises from the next day. Worst place to work
