Tooo much bad in all terms and field.

No timly payment of salary in time. No increment since last 3year. No work satisfaction. No recognition of work . Only flattering is the lovest things by the management.

Good work environment and cuture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .

Very unorganized organization specially owner are behavior like British. No security of job. Poor management and there was no any policy

No system oriented, and owner are not giving respect to there employee. They thinking that employee are there servent. Very bad behavior with them.
