1. Low salary. 2. No hikes for last 3 years. 3. No work life balance (you have to came to company while on weekend). 4. No system. 5. Poor management. 6. 2 years mandatory bond. 7. You have to handle all activities rather than your profile. 8. Arogant head staff. 9. Poor structure / uncleanly. 10. You have to contribute 50% on your insurance ammount 11. Overall experience is worst than any industry

I was worked in Aditya engineering wrok on opperat machinal instruments that used by many automobile company for example:- dig. Vernier caliper , micrometer etc worked in billing , quotation in Microsoft excel i have experience in how to coordinate , how to maintain the sattlements etc ... thnkyou
