Appraisal are fair for those who are working hard and definitely management will recognise and hike the salary as per employee requirement

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

mgnt is in state politics no concentration on construction work. idiotic work environment , no innovation , no work life balance , no training , no job security today you joined tomorow may be removed, no growth at all
