...and in market the work culture of Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is very worst. No self respect, no leave, even they are force you working on holiday and if you unavailable due to any of reason then your salary will be hold. Senior are doing harassment, here if you are good job here then you will not get the appreciate even seniors will blame you on your work. You unable to take a single leave here even if you have the health problems. The matter is if you are ready for do the labour work then they will pay you regularly. The official time is 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM but they will force to work for 08:30 AM - 09, 10, 11 PM regularly. If you denied for that then simple as before said your salary will be Hold. The HR policy is not available here. The managers are also using slangs in office. So overall it's not a good company for a long period. It's only little bit good for Just take the experience and fly 🕊️ away to a better place where you can utilise your knowledge for the organisational growth.

Office Timing (Minimum 12 Hours you need to spend in office). 7 Days working while they have Sunday off with Alternate Saturday off. Manager's behaviour because they are using slangs. No leave allowed while they have paid leave policy. No Work life balance. No Job Satisfaction. No respect while your performance also best. No integrity.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. They are not giving Increments on time, bad salary hike and also Worst Culture in higher management.

...nimum as they all are trying to wrap up their work as soon as they possibly can. The work pressure is so much that everyone works about 10-12 hours of shift daily without extra pay (Operations & my team). C) Management: 1) The management here in my experience was very poor as they expect new joiners to deliver expected performance (100% productivity & accuracy) without providing any proper training. No on job training, no mentor - ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! 2) The direct line manager is of no help and is least bothered about the issues faced by their team mates. Most of the time I was redirected to approach someone else for resolving my concerns. 3) The higher management is no better either. They are least concerned about their employees' plummeting morale as for them we are easily replaceable at any time. If by any chance they paid heed to you voicing out your opinions/concerns, they'll take care of it at their own leisurely time and sometimes will even forget about it. D) Company Policies: They have myriad of good company policies which are explained in the induction at an undefined timeline (Mine was done after I spent 7 months at ABSLI) - this should be the very first obligation of an organization to conduct the Induction Program after a new employee is hired. I had to cut short my detailed review due to the limited character capacity on this page.

I have quit ABSLI and have mentioned all likes & dislikes in the above field. One thing I couldn't mention was that the actual working days were from Monday to Saturday contrary to the advised working days in the interview from Monday to Friday. HYPOCRISY at it's best.

Flexibility career growth and learning and development is exceptional...there are lot of cross functional opportunities also available within the company....business leaders are phenomenal and take special care of your development...rewards and recognition platform is very exciting.

Pay scale is too low and need to monitored along with responsibilities
