Company has lot of expectations from employees. But company don't live upto employee's expectations. When it's competitors like TATA AIA & HDFC Life issues policy in 6 hours after the login. ABSLI takes minimum 4 days for issuance. Therefore no bankers will give you policy because of this extremely slow process.

...nLife. My life became hell after joining here. Especially in Bangalore region. If you are joining here just by seeing the salary. Good Luck. In few days you will come to know it was the biggest mistake you have done in your life.

Negative about working at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance (ABSLI) Low salary-Some say that salaries are low and that there is little growth. Work pressure- Some say that there is too much work pressure. Late hours-Some say that working hours are late.

...and in market the work culture of Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance is very worst. No self respect, no leave, even they are force you working on holiday and if you unavailable due to any of reason then your salary will be hold. Senior are doing harassment, here if you are good job here then you will not get the appreciate even seniors will blame you on your work. You unable to take a single leave here even if you have the health problems. The matter is if you are ready for do the labour work then they will pay you regularly. The official time is 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM but they will force to work for 08:30 AM - 09, 10, 11 PM regularly. If you denied for that then simple as before said your salary will be Hold. The HR policy is not available here. The managers are also using slangs in office. So overall it's not a good company for a long period. It's only little bit good for Just take the experience and fly 🕊️ away to a better place where you can utilise your knowledge for the organisational growth.

Office Timing (Minimum 12 Hours you need to spend in office). 7 Days working while they have Sunday off with Alternate Saturday off. Manager's behaviour because they are using slangs. No leave allowed while they have paid leave policy. No Work life balance. No Job Satisfaction. No respect while your performance also best. No integrity.

Aditya birla has its own culture. Work environment is very good. Partners are very nice. Process werevery smooth and handy. It' was very nice experience with aditya birla sunlife.

Dislikes

Sometime issuing a case was one of the challenge otherwise many time easily done. And salary growth is not so attractive.
